City West Works appointed to multi million pound construction framework
City West Works is in line to deliver multi million pound investments in social housing after being appointed to the Procurement For All General Build framework.
Procurement For All procures more than £50 million of construction related works and services across the UK each year through their collectively procured 18 OJEU compliant framework agreements.
City West Works has now been added to a nationwide list of approved contractors that are able to tender for general build projects over the next four years worth between £50 million and £70 million.
The North West based building contractor will be one of 17 companies appointed to the framework which will compete for contracts through the agreement.
Barry Brussels, Managing Director of City West Works, said: “This is a great opportunity to offer our services and expertise to a range of housing associations across the country.
“Following a rigorous tender process we look forward to delivering general build projects and building on our success so far.”
The Procurement For All framework is the latest success for City West Works which is already appointed to City West Housing Trust’s Construction and Development Frameworks and is assisting in the delivery of the housing trust’s £45 million development programme. The company was also successfully appointed to the Northern Housing Consortium’s Property Adaptations and Stairlifts Framework.
