Major instructions for CBRE’s North West office
CBRE’s North West Asset Services team has been appointed to advise on the sale of several high profile developments.
Recent instructions for the team, which has 22 staff operating from offices in Manchester and Liverpool, include; Premier Park, Trafford Park appointed by Lothbury, Chancery Place, Manchester appointed by NFU Mutual, Temple Square, Liverpool appointed by Hudson Capital Advisors, 45 Ranleigh Street, Liverpool appointed by Boudelen, Meridian Court, Bolton appointed by United Utilities and Rhodes Business Park, Middleton and Premier Park, Winsford appointed by Merseyside Pension Fund.
The team states that much of the recent work has followed the acquisition of assets from investors, signifying the strong levels of investor appetite within the region.
Paul Jolley, director within CBRE’s North West Asset Services team, said: “The recent increase in the number of high profile instructions is indicative of a returning market and increased buoyancy within the North West property sector, which is a highly positive sign for the region.
“The team will continue to manage the properties and look for ways to maximise the potential of these assets for our clients.”
