Darlington’s Simply Thank You in digital transformation
Darlington-based customer and employee engagement provider Simply Thank You has undergone a digital front-end makeover and operational renovation, creating a website that embraces both form and function for its corporate visitors.
The website was created in house, meaning no external cost was incurred by the business who used an open source CMS platform to construct the website.
The appointment of new Digital Marketing Manager, Alaina Chesney, reportedly allowed the company to facilitate the digital makeover project alongside the established IT & Web Team headed by Neil Robinson.
As the provider of a range of engagement services, Simply Thank You endeavour to display an entire catalogue of facilities in a user friendly and audience-appropriate manner.
Cue clean, stylised pages with clear sub-sections and the particularly useful ‘Hive’; a constantly updated information portal.
It’s here in the Hive that clients can find a press centre, news, topical case studies and statistical information to demonstrate the success of bespoke programs designed by Simply Thank You.
The company report that this is a reliable source of expertise for those in the industry and those hoping to learn more, transforming the website into a library of factual information, and endorsing Simply Thank You as an innovative industry leader.
Following rapid growth this year, Simply Thank You took its millionth order in new software, marking an overall three million orders processed, and expanded by taking on three apprentices alongside new staff in Projects and Marketing.
Growth identified the need for clear branding and a detailed website for corporate clients to use.
As reflected in the recently rebranded Simply Thank You logo, ‘Bloom,’ the new site marries classic and contemporary stylings as the company comes into its 22nd year of trading. Driven by over 20 years’ experience and moving ever forward, Simply Thank You services are now accurately represented online.
