Manchester’s Unicom to move to Northenden and create 100 jobs
Property investment company, Hollins Murray Group, has announced independent telecommunication provider, Unicom, is to expand its operations to Four6Four, a newly refurbished office scheme in Northenden, Greater Manchester.
Headquartered at Universal House in Sharston, Unicom has taken the whole 12,647 sq ft property, situated on Palatine Road, on a ten-year lease.
Unicom’s CEO, Chris Earle said, “As a rapidly growing business provider second only to BT we are always evaluating how to maintain our high standards of customer care.
“Four6Four met our requirements in terms of location and size and gives us the extra capacity required to expand our business further, creating up to a hundred positions in South Manchester.”
Hollins Murray Group’s Chief Executive, Nick Casson said: “This letting demonstrates that a carefully thought through refurbishment project coupled with a complete rebranding and marketing exercise can transform a building’s letting prospects.
“Unicom is very successful provider of services to thousands of small businesses and is growing rapidly.
“We are very pleased to have formed a new relationship with them.”
