Clive & Co advise on Surrey’s ERA Technology acquisition
ERA Technology Ltd, part of the Edif Group, has acquired London Power Associates Ltd, a market leading provider of power systems engineering services.
The due diligence on the deal was carried out by North East firm Clive Owen & Co LLP, which has built a nation-wide reputation for its corporate finance work.
Based in Staines and Manchester, the business employs over 30 people with specialist engineering skills supplemented by trusted associates.
LPA also performs significant levels of work overseas, in particular the Middle East and Africa.
Ben Williamson, associate director at the firm in Darlington, said: “We’re delighted to have provided due diligence support on yet another acquisition for edif Group, demonstrating our expertise in this specialist service line.
“We look forward to watching these two businesses grow in partnership together.”
LPA Management said in a statement: “The combined resources of ERA and LPA will enable the provision of an even greater breadth and depth of high quality service to our clients.
“The collective financial strength of the group will also enable us to undertake bigger projects providing more benefit to our existing and future clients”.
