Barratt Homes takes on new sales adviser at stylish Gainsborough development
Gainsborough-based housebuilder, Barratt Homes, has boosted its sales team at The Belt development with the recent appointment of former soldier, Craig Usher.
Craig, originally from Hull, joins Barratt Homes as a sales adviser bringing with him two years of experience within the company’s Southampton division. After relocating to Gainsborough, Craig has now been appointed as a sales adviser at The Belt development and is thriving in his new role.
Craig commented: “When I looked at my career options two years ago, going into sales felt like the most natural option for me after leaving the military, and working with Barratt Homes is very rewarding. The company has provided me with fantastic training and my time at Southampton has allowed me to develop my skills. I love this job as I get to meet people from many different backgrounds and places, and I really love working with prospective buyers and supporting them through the house buying process.”
Sam Wood, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Yorkshire West commented:
“We are delighted to welcome Craig to the team at The Belt and after just a couple of months within the business he has already excelled. Craig is personable and friendly, which is exactly what we look for in our sales team. Having invested in a formal training scheme for our sales team, we have seen a 100% pass rate amongst our sales advisers, and we are always looking for new talented people to join our successful team.”
Barratt Homes at The Belt has a range of superb two, three and four bedroom homes available including the two-bedroom “Crystal” from only £89,995, which includes a stylish design, French doors and an open plan living room, the three-bedroom “Turquoise” from £114,995, the popular three-bedroom “Maidstone” from £129,995 and the four-bedroom “Wensleydale” from £169,995. All four homes are ready to move into for Christmas.
