Buyers across the North East are flocking to a see a beautiful showhome near Newcastle upon Tyne which is available for sale at three stunning developments.
Regional builder Charles Church North East is creating an exclusive development of three and four-bedroom homes in Ashington where the new showhome is proving a big hit with buyers.
The stunning design, called The Potter, boasts a spacious 28ft by 10ft kitchen / breakfast / dining room as well as a large lounge and family room while upstairs, there are four double bedrooms with a master en-suite.
The showhome has been opened at Seaton Vale, but the property style is also available at two other developments; South Shore in Blyth and at Lingfield Meadows, in Houghton-le-Spring.
Sales and marketing director Debbie Zaben said: “It is a particularly beautiful showhome with a design that provides great family space. I would recommend that buyers take a look, as it gives you a real feel of what it is like to live in a luxurious Charles Church property.
“Seaton Vale is a stunning development with a great community feel. However, we have also noticed a lot of people visiting the showhome who are interested in living at our other developments. South Shore is only 15 minutes away while Lingfield Meadows is about 40 minutes away.”
At South Shore, buyers can have their pick of the plots as Charles Church has just released a new phase of four and five-bedroom homes, whilst anyone looking for a larger family home or to invest, will also love Lingfield Meadows, which has a stunning collection or four and five-bedroom homes.
All three developments offer the best of both worlds and are perfect for exploring everything that picturesque Northumberland has to offer with historic Morpeth, the Gateshead Metro Centre and vibrant Newcastle on the doorstep.
Buying a new home is also now more affordable and straightforward than ever thanks to incentives including the Government-backed Help to Buy, Home Change and Part Exchange.
