Balfour Beatty sign £32 million residential development contract in Liverpool
Balfour Beatty has signed a contract to build a three-tower residential development in Liverpool city centre.
The project should take two years and will result in 324 apartments, a comercial space, a gym and underground parking.
The company will also recruit apprentices and use links with Liverpool John Moores University to work with students.
Balfour Beatty managing director for northern major projects, Jon Adams, said: “Balfour Beatty has extensive experience in delivering high-end residential schemes and of working in Liverpool, where we have recently delivered the Liverpool One and Aloft Hotel developments.
“We have a fifteen year relationship with Neptune Investments and we look forward to working with them to deliver this exciting new £32 million development in the heart of the Liverpool docklands,” according to the Construction Enquirer.
