GVA Manchester secures new tenant for 8 Oxford Court
GVA Manchester, sole letting agents for 8 Oxford Court, has secured a new tenant on behalf of Freeman & Co solicitors.
Located in Manchester city centre, at the heart of its ‘Knowledge Corridor’, 8 Oxford Court totalling 4,000 sq ft is owned by Freeman & Co solicitors, which occupies the lower ground and ground floor.
The 1,200 sq ft office space, on the second floor of the period building, has been taken on a two year lease by data cleansing company, Marketing Lists.
The rental has been agreed at £14.00 sq ft.
Managing director at Marketing Lists, Paul Chung, said: “Our location in the city centre is very important and our new office is just what we need at this time. The new space will allow us to deliver a more accessible service to our clients.”
Associate at GVA, David Thwaites, said: “The letting to Marketing Lists was achieved within a few months of the suite becoming available and is testament to the on-going popularity of Oxford Court as an office location.
“With the remaining suite of 900 sq ft available on the first floor we are confident of achieving a fully let building in the next few months”.
