Record year for Leeds based recruiter prompts expansion
Following a record year in 2014, a Leeds based recruitment firm has announced significant expansion plans in the next twelve months. At a time when experts predict the Leeds economy will see a five-year boom, Inward Revenue has outlined plans to at least double in size.
This follows the firm’s reports of a 50% increase in turnover in the last twelve months which saw a doubling of headcount. The specialist IT sales recruiter is now forecasting a further 100% increase in its headcount at its Foundry Street office by the fourth quarter of the year.
Jonathan Graham, director of Inward Revenue, comments:
“Hiring and general business activity has really picked up across Leeds, Yorkshire and the surrounding areas as confidence returns to the local economy. For us 2014 was a great year – in fact our efforts in creating strong business processes and a powerful marketing machine were so successful that we had to rapidly increase headcount. This year has already started well, with the team looking at smashing January’s targets, and we expect this level of demand to continue. As we look set to expand we will be hiring throughout the year with the aim of doubling our headcount by the later part of 2015.”
