Altrincham’s cloud hosting company Daily Internet wins £440k contract
Altrincham-based cloud hosting company Daily Internet has won a £440k contract with MP Moran & Sons Ltd.
The contract win is via Daily Internet’s subsidiary Netplan and will involve an initial contract of £24.5k for consultancy services followed by monthly recurring revenue contract of £11.5k over a 36 month minimum period.
Director of M P Moran & Sons Ltd, Kevin Moran, said: “Whilst we have substantial experience of cloud delivered services, we decided to review our current cloud solution to ensure we are receiving the full business benefits that this technology can offer.
“With this key objective in mind, the specialist service offered by Netplan stood head and shoulders above all the other providers.
“I am sure Netplan’s value proposition and industry knowledge will provide the scope, flexibility and assurance that we as a company require and trust.”
Daily Internet’s chief executive, Chris Evans, said: “We are pleased with the momentum we are gathering, both from Netplan’s key offering and with the addition of this key market vertical.
“Strategically, we hope to widen the scope to encompass additional vertical markets, as we firmly believe that our distinct proposition of a fully managed solution combining technical and industry expertise provides a differentiator that adds real and measurable value.
“Hosted solutions are becoming more complex and we believe enterprises will increasingly require a trusted provider that understands their business and is willing to work in partnership with them as their IT journey evolves to embrace changing technology.
“We are hearing that message loud and clear from both prospective and existing customers”.
