Agile Group win contract with global manufacturers, Lucite International.
Stockton-on-Tees based network infrastructure specialists Agile Group Ltd have begun work on a new LAN Renewal Project with Lucite International, global leaders in the design, development and manufacture of acrylic-based products as well as the supply of MMA, the essential building block for all acrylics.
After a comprehensive tender process, Agile Group were awarded a long term contract with Lucite International, who have sites based locally at Billingham, Wilton and Newton Aycliffe as well as several sites in Darwen in the North West.
The company behind Perspex, required Agile Group to update and expand their networks across 10 of their UK sites, which stands in line with Lucite International’s continual improvement philosophies.
Following the phased roll out of the project, Lucite International will benefit from having a faster, more reliable network on which to run their planned IT and Communications systems upgrades.
Shaun Jones, (Account Manager) who is leading the contract expressed ‘The team at Agile are very excited to be awarded the contract and we are looking forward to working with Lucite International to improve and develop their Network Infrastructure this year’.
Working with Lucite International is a great start to 2015 for Agile Group, who have plans to expand and grow this year.
Agile Group work within a large range of industries including Oil and Gas, Renewables, Healthcare and Hospitality.
