Combatting the stress of dealing with multiple numbering providers and platforms in different countries, the new offering consolidates all services under one provider helping businesses reduce costs and increase efficiency. The service can automate disaster recovery should a problem arise, alongside offering additional value add services such as call statistics, call queuing, IVR, professional voicing and fax to email to name but a few.
The new service is already serving leading global brands with the potential to increase the international recognition of a brand rapidly by establishing contact for customers in multiple countries.
