CBRE’s North West Asset Services team has secured circa 475,000 sq ft of high profile instructions since the start of the year as investment activity within the region’s property sector continues to soar.
Recent instructions for the team include the 178,508 sq ft 3 Hardman Square office building in Spinningfields along with Meridian Court, a 110,000 sq ft multi-occupied site owned by United Utilities Property Services, the Essex House 17,000 sq ft office scheme, Globe Square in Dukinfield which is a 28,000 sq ft multi-occupied industrial estate and 1 Potter Place and Allied Business Centre, a 140,000 sq ft mixed use office and industrial site comprising 35,000 sq ft of small suite offices.
CBRE’s North West Asset Services team has 30 staff operating from offices in Manchester and Liverpool. The team credits the new instructions to continued investor confidence which is a positive marker for the regional property sector.
Associate Director within CBRE’s North West Asset Services team, Sophie Weinmann, said: “We are delighted to have secured a large number of high profile instructions since the start of 2015, to further add to our exciting and diverse property portfolio in the North.
“The increase of these significant regional schemes is indicative of the increasing buoyancy within the North West property sector.”
