Gigya Aligns with Adobe to Bring Identity-Driven Marketing to World’s Largest Brands
Customer Identity Management Leader Unveils Adobe Campaign Integration
At Adobe Summit, the nation’s largest Digital Marketing conference, Gigya, the leader in Customer Identity Management, announced that it has partnered with Adobe to create a custom integration with Adobe Campaign, the leader in cross-channel campaign management. The integration, made available through Gigya’s NEXUS Partner Ecosystem, allows marketers to create individualised experiences across all channels for every customer, with the ability to analyse user data, segment audiences and power hyper-relevant messaging across channels.
Through the integration, websites and mobile applications using Gigya’s Registration-as-a-Service, Social Login and Social Plugins can gain deep, permission-based access to users’ identity data, social graphs, and interests. This first-party data helps marketers gain a single view of their customers, and can easily be used to enrich Adobe Campaign’s integrated customer profiles, which helps marketers refine their marketing campaign segmentation and targeting. Gigya also integrates with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager.
“Identity has become core to helping marketers understand and build better relationships with their customers,” said Patrick McCue, Gigya’s Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances. “Our integration with Adobe Campaign allows businesses to take an identity-driven approach to marketing, and create personalised experiences that produce higher conversion rates and engagement.”
Gigya’s out-of-the-box integration with Adobe Campaign can be found at www.gigya.com/partners.
