Liverpool estate agents Marshall opens third branch in Allerton
Liverpool-based estate agents Marshall has opened a third branch in Allerton.
The family run business has found that the construction and development arm of the business has been a driving force behind its success and predicts that it will open further branches in the North West region within the next 18 months.
Managing director Paul Marshall said: “The launch event of our new Allerton branch was an opportunity for us to reveal the 30 year success story of the marshall group to our estate and lettings agency clients.
“The construction and property development arm of the business which has been established for nearly 3 decades has been a real driving force behind the success of the estate agency and we feel it is important for our clients to realise the benefits of working with such a highly experienced team of property professionals.
“From our first branch on St Marys Road in Grassendale just 3 years ago we have now grown the estate agency to a multi-branch firm with an office on Rodney Street and now one in Allerton.
“Our growth strategy is to strengthen our core Liverpool property network and continue developing the construction and estate agency business nationally. We already have a strong client base in the North west but we want to develop this further to take advantage of the burgeoning property market across the country.”
The Marshall group introduced the estate and lettings agency sector of its business three years ago.
Instead of just developing and managing their own property portfolio, they also wanted to offer their expertise to customers and clients locally and nationally.
