Marketing and design agency expands to Teesside’s Wilton Centre
Marketing and design agency House of Type has moved its entire team to the Wilton Centre.
The agency previously operated from premises in Middlesbrough with a smaller satellite office located at the 75 acre business and science park located between Redcar and Middlesbrough.
With over 25 years’ experience of providing marketing and design expertise to clients in the North East and beyond, House of Type is now also focusing on developing its growing client list of companies based in and around the Centre.
Founder and Managing Director of the agency, Dave Marshall, said that the professional setting provided by the Wilton Centre was also a key factor in the decision to consolidate the agency’s operations.
“The quality of the surroundings and the range of facilities available here are very impressive and make it an attractive location for us to be based in as a business and also, importantly, to be able to invite clients to.
“The benefits of the new gym, the restaurant and the ample free parking make it a very attractive location for our staff to work in too.”
House of Type employs nine staff and offers a range of marketing, advertising, communication and digital services including branding, web and app design and development, social media and public relations.
It works with a range of businesses and organisations on Teesside and across the UK including national and international brands in retail, public and private sectors, manufacturing and heavy industries such as SABIC, Johnson Matthey, Clinkards, Barker and Stonehouse, Wilton Centre, Palintest and Medina Group.
Wilton Centre Site Director, Steve Duffield, said that the high quality of the office space on offer at the Centre was what helped to attract successful businesses like the House of Type.
“We offer competitive packages for business office space which enable companies to be based in a professional and very well-connected environment.
“They also now have easy access to design, marketing and digital support services following House of Type’s relocation.”
