ABCs Reveal Record Rise for Real Business
Real Business, the UK’s leading publication for high-growth businesses and entrepreneurial SMEs, has seen an 8% rise in visitors to its site according to the latest ABC figures.
The most-visited site for SMEs in the UK, as demonstrated by official figures, Real Business specialises in news and management advice for entrepreneurs, growing businesses and SMEs. These latest figures show it attracted 124,623 monthly unique users from 1st to 31st March 2015. ABC is the industry body for media measurement and provides accurate, independently verified audience figures.
Published by Caspian Media, Real Business launched as a print title in 1997, going online-only in 2012. The brand runs a portfolio of CBI supported events and award programmes, including the Growing Business Awards.
Hunter Ruthven, Editor of Real Business, commented: “Real Business prides itself on our relationship with SMEs and the advertisers that wish to engage with them, and being the top website for our key audience is testament to this. Over the coming year we will continue to grow unique visitor numbers, bring business leaders all the salient information in an era of new government and unveil a number of exciting additions to the website.”
Steven Randell, Publishing Director of Real Business, added: “We undertook our first website traffic audit last year specifically to prove to the market overall, and our advertisers in particular, the extent to which we lead the sector when it comes to reach. These latest numbers continue to demonstrate this. Real Business is an incredibly strong print-to-digital success story and it’s obviously great to see traffic continue to rise year on year.”
Jan Pitt, Group Executive Director, Client Services at ABC, added: “It’s great to see Real Business enjoying this increase in visitors to the site. They sit in a very busy market and delivering clarity and transparency to their advertisers is paramount. The ABC stamp of trust delivers this reassurance.”
