Lancashire-based Nolan Redshaw secures sale of Communications House
Lancashire-based Chartered Surveyors, Nolan Redshaw, which were acting on behalf of Skipton Building Society, has negotiated the sale of Communications House to local transport and distribution company Fagan and Whalley Ltd.
Communications House, which offers 18,658 sq. ft. of high quality air conditioned office accommodation, will become the head office for the Fagan and Whalley Group.
Paul Nolan of Nolan Redshaw, said: “This is an indication of the improvement in market conditions with three different parties interested in purchasing the premises.”
