Henry Smith Constructional Engineers has called in administrators after battling for several weeks to save the firm.
Manchester corporate recovery and insolvency firm Leonard Curtis will look for interested companies to buy the business and assets of the Winsford-based steelwork firm.

There was no comment from Leonard Curtis.
