Clark Rutland appointed site manager at Barratt development
Clark Rutland is overseeing construction at Barratt Homes’ new development in Swindon where work is underway to create a community of new homes.
Initially joining Barratt as a site manager in December 2014, Clark lives in nearby Haydon Wick and has been working within the construction industry since 2004. Since that time he has worked on and overseen numerous developments across the region.
Barratt Homes managing director Russell Glimstead said, “Site managers such as Clark play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality new homes and it is this quality which should inspire confidence in our buyers.”
Blunsdon Mead will provide more than 120 new homes with prices due to be released this summer.
Situated in Abbey Meads, Swindon, the development will offer a range of two, three and four bedroom homes that are perfect for first time buyers, as well as those wishing to move further up the property ladder.
