Zetland Estates set to open North Yorkshire business hub
This summer a new business hub will be opening in the centre of Richmond, North yorkshire, which will provide high quality yet cost effective working space.
Located inside a former church on Dundas Street, the unique working space is being converted into six small offices to create the Zetland Square Business Centre.
Flexible lease terms, superfast broadband, and a highly competitive, all-inclusive price will be offered.
Randall Orchard Construction, Richmond’s leading building contractor, is carrying out the conversion works on behalf of Zetland Estates.
Commenting on the development, Lord Ronaldshay from Zetland Estates said: “We know from our experience at Aske that there is demand for small scale, quality office space in the Richmond area and I’m confident the Zetland Square Business Centre will enable local entrepreneurs to prosper and grow their businesses.”
