Property Alliance Group sell site to Inchcape PLC
Nolan Redshaw acting on behalf of Property Alliance Group has agreed the sale on the remaining 4.5 acres of land at The Green, Bury. The site has planning permission for a new two-storey car showroom, workshops and office complex.
Lee Charnley, Development Director, Property Alliance Group states:
‘This sale will result in the complete redevelopment of this former manufacturing site and once completed, the showroom will complement the offices, warehouse and laboratories we have already delivered. This is an excellent transaction for both Property Alliance Group and Bury and will provide a state of the art Volkswagen showroom on a prominent town centre site.’
