EY advises Six Degrees Group in acquisition by Charlesbank Capital Partners
EY has advised the shareholders of London-headquartered Six Degrees Group (‘6DG’), a converged technology infrastructure provider, on the company’s acquisition by Charlesbank Capital Partners from Penta Capital. The transaction is expected to formally complete in a few weeks’ time.
A team from EY in the North West, comprising Partners Richard Harding and Olivier Wolf, Director Stuart Thwaites and Manager Steven Kingham, provided vendor due diligence services to 6DG to support the deal.
Richard Harding, Partner at EY in the North West, commented: “6DG has grown quickly to become a managed IT services supplier with significant scale and breadth of services, and this transaction ideally positions the business for future accelerated expansion.
“Having built a strong relationship with the management team at 6DG, we look forward to supporting their growth ambitions over the coming years.”
