Housing development celebrates one year anniversary in style
Residents of The Tannery, a David Wilson Homes development in Strensall, organised a residents BBQ this weekend to celebrate the one-year anniversary of moving into their new homes.
Families from across the housing development came together to celebrate the occasion with a BBQ and a drink in one of the development’s many green spaces, with local housebuilder David Wilson Homes donating wine and champagne to the occasion.
Debbie Foster, sales manager at David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East, commented: “It’s fantastic to see how much the community spirit has developed at The Tannery in just one short year, and we are so pleased that residents are enjoying their new homes. It seemed only fitting that we donate some champagne to celebrate the occasion!”
