Senior appointment at Mulbury Homes
Specialist housing developer Mulbury Homes has bolstered its technical expertise with the appointment of Lorna Senior.
Lorna joins Lymm-based Mulbury Homes as engineering manager from Keepmoat Homes where she procured and managed engineering elements across its sites.
Lorna has over ten years’ experience at a range of national housebuilders including Bellway Homes and Miller Homes.
Lorna will guide Mulbury’s housing schemes from conception through to completion, including assessing land suitability for construction at the land purchase stage, carrying out technical audits of land plots and procuring technical works prior to site start.
Lorna said: “Mulbury Homes is a flourishing housing developer so I was keen to get on board and take on a new challenge. I’m enjoying the diverse workload of the role so far and I’m looking forward to getting stuck in.”
Glyn Barrett, technical manager at Mulbury Homes, said: “Mulbury Homes is seeing continued growth in both the social and private rented sectors so Lorna’s wealth of experience in the housing industry is just what we need. She is a welcome addition to the Mulbury family.”
