Boho Five, a six-floor business centre, will open its doors in Middlesbrough at the end of this month, providing a new hub for digital and creative businesses to flourish.

Developed in partnership by the Homes and Communities Agency and Middlesbrough Council through European Regional Development Fund and HCA investment, the £4m state-of-the-art building will operate in close partnership with DigitalCity Business.

Designed by Xsite Architecture, and situated on the corner of Bridge Street East and Windward Way, the 24,000 sq. ft building will offer office accommodation for up to 50 small and medium sized enterprises.

Middlesbrough Mayor Dave Budd said: “Boho Five is the latest addition to Middlehaven which is gathering momentum as one of the key regeneration sites in the region.

“We’re delighted to see the completion of this striking state-of-the-art building at the heart of the town’s burgeoning digital and creative economy.

“Boho Five will work closely with Boho One - supported directly by DigitalCity Business - to provide a seamless offer to cluster companies and potential entrepreneurs.”
