Prospects & AGR help businesses tackle skill shortages
Prospects and the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) have joined forces to help businesses manage graduate skill shortages with a series of insightful events.
Taking place in Manchester and London over the summer, the events will share the latest research and market information on where the skills shortages are, where new shortages may emerge and what employers can do about it.
Dr Charlie Ball, Head of Higher Education Intelligence at Prospects is a keynote speaker:
“As the slow global economic recovery continues, there’s a redoubled focus on talent identification, development and retention. But, as more employers are recruiting more graduates, some skills are starting to become scarce.
“These events are designed to equip employers with the latest labour market trends and information so they can strengthen their talent pipeline and help futureproof their recruitment strategies.”
Caught short? How to manage graduate skills shortages in today’s economy:
Manchester: 9-11am, Tuesday 4 August 2015 at Ziferblat, Edge St, Northern Quarter
London (includes additional session by Samuel Gordon, Research Analyst at the AGR on graduate market trends): 9-11am & 11.30am-1.30pm, Monday 17 August 2015 at Zetter Hotel, Clerkenwell Rd
The events are aimed at recruiters, for further information or to register attendance email marketing@prospects.ac.uk or visit eventbrite.co.uk
