Logistics firm moves to new Liverpool office
DX Network Services Ltd, the courier and logistics company, has moved into a new office suite in Liverpool’s Merchants Place on a five-year lease.
Property firm Mason Partners and the Liverpool office of real estate services adviser CBRE secured the letting, which is the largest deal signed at Merchants Place since its extensive refurbishment in 2013.
DX Network Services has taken 5,377 sq ft at the site, bringing the building’s current occupancy to 50%.
Mason Partners’ Jon Swain commented: “Working in conjunction with Andy Byrne of CBRE we are delighted to secure the largest letting yet within Merchants Place, to DX Network Services Ltd.
“The newly refurbished office accommodation offers occupiers a wealth of excellent amenities within a highly impressive, contemporarily styled building.”
He added: “The location is excellent and is best suited to occupiers looking for modern high quality space with good transport links, on the fringe of Liverpool’s popular central business district.”
Merchants Place is located inside the Century Building at Brunswick Business Park, two miles south of the city’s business district.
