We remain in Preston which means we can expand with minimum disruption and upheaval to our team and productivity. We are pleased to secure new offices in a great location within this popular quayside development.”
A further 3,176 sq ft is still available to let at Edward VII Quay which is located on the dockside, overlooking the marina. Local amenities are plentiful including Morrisons supermarket, Odeon Cinema, Homebase and Argos, Pets at Home, Mothercare, DW Fitness and various restaurant and fast food facilities. Other occupiers within the development include KPMG, The Football League and Yorkshire Bank.
