Prescot-based Vivark expands with new energy service
Merseyside facilities management firm Vivark has expanded with the launch of a new arm for supporting the region’s businesses as they assess, manage and procure energy services.
The new Vivark Energy service from the Prescot-based firm will also aim to help North West companies remain compliant with the EU’s Energy Saving and Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), which requires all large organisations in the UK to review their energy use and identify areas in which savings can be made.
Vivark’s executive director, Tony Cahill, said: “We appreciate that the new ESOS requirements add to the growing list of compliance documents to be completed by large companies in our region.
“As a commercially focused business with a social purpose, it’s important that we not only provide reliable and trustworthy services, but that we are able to identify opportunities enabling organisations across the North West to reduce their energy and carbon footprint in the communities in which they operate.”
The expansion was developed with Stafford-based energy and environmental management company Maloney Associates.
Tony continued: “Working in partnership with Maloney Associates will not only ensure we are able to deliver this, but that businesses also receive an unrivalled and expert level of delivery and service.”
