Service advisor harnesses Audi Spirit
A service advisor at Crewe Audi has proved that he delivers top customer service by scooping a brand new award.
John Bull, aged 27, received the Audi Spirit award from David Moran, area manager of Audi UK, and Crewe Audi aftersales manager John Oakley.
Audi Spirit is a new internal award that recognises excellence in sales and aftersales staff who go the extra mile and understand what it means to deliver a premium service.
Each quarter, just 20 members of staff across the country receive the award, nominated by colleagues who believe they are worthy of recognition and embody the true spirit of Audi.
John Oakley said: “Audi Spirit recognises individuals who demonstrate behaviour that drives great customer satisfaction results.
“It’s the combination of robust processes and people within the network that really make the difference in delivering excellent levels of service.
“Each one of us can make a difference to the experience our customers receive, and I’m delighted to say that our very own John Bull has embraced the Audi Sprit.”
John, who is engaged and recently celebrated the birth of his baby daughter, said: “I am so thrilled to receive this award. Up until now, the proudest moment of my career was becoming an Audi Accredited Service Advisor, but this tops even that!”
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and a night on the Xbox every now and again.
