Create Construction awarded Liverpool student accommodation contract
Create Construction has been awarded a £3.85 million contract to refurbish 565 student bedrooms at Liberty Living’s Prospect Point site in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
Integrated construction specialist Create is based in Blackpool.
The fast-track, ten week project, includes the provision of new electrical appliances and lighting, new decoration, floor finishes, ceiling finishes and the installation of new contemporary kitchens.
Paul Mathison, Create’s Managing Director, said, “We are delighted to be working again for Liberty Living this year.
“Our detailed knowledge of the student accommodation sector allows us to offer a bespoke and expert service and gives Liberty the knowledge that we will deliver a first class product, on time and ready for the important September student intake”.
Mike Nelson, Director of Property Services for Liberty Living, said, “Create has a proven track record working within the student accommodation sector and their open and proactive approach will help us to deliver a high quality product, within programme”.
