Bolton firm LLaborate to create jobs with new funding

Audio and visual technology firm LLaborate has obtained an invoice finance facility from Secure Trust Bank Commercial to create new jobs and unlock growth.

LLaborate, a Bolton-based provider of digital signage and interactive systems such as videowalls and audio conferencing units, plans to take on 10 new directors. The company will also use the finance package to take on eight apprentices over the next two years.

The founder of LLaborate, Lee Bevan, said: “It has been fantastic to work with Secure Trust Bank – the team provided exceptional service and were always willing and able to adapt to change.

“The bank is clearly business-minded, offering us a flexible facility that will grow as we grow, providing us with continued scope for innovation as we break into new markets.”

Now, LLaborate plans to shore up its presence in the education sector while growing its key product lines and expanding into wider commercial markets between now and 2020.

Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance’s regional sales manager, Alex Macdonald, commented: “The services offered by LLaborate are set to become increasingly valuable to businesses and schools across the UK. The business is well positioned for its planned growth over the next few years.

“The technology industry is fast paced, as new products and innovations continue to push boundaries and alter the landscape.”

He added: “The facility we have provided to LLaborate will allow it to negotiate the challenges this poses, and we are confident that it is able to stay ahead of the game by continuing to offer the latest technologies.”

Operating from the Westhoughton borough of Bolton, LLaborate’s client list includes property firm Bruntwood, the University of Bolton, Manchester City Football Club and the NHS.
