Character World sets its site on the future
Character World, the leading UK provider of licensed home textiles, has launched a new website this month to showcase its impressive product range and creative brand ethos.
Bringing together the company’s international offering into one coherent place, the site boasts a clean and modern new look with improved functionality and a user-friendly design. Key features include a fun meet and greet with the leadership team, an innovative video to help direct customers to head office and a blog to highlight the ways in which consumers can use Character World products to bring a little excitement into the home.
Danny Schweiger, Joint Managing Director at Character World, comments: “We wanted a digital platform that was more closely aligned to our strategy and vision for the future – something that reflects our passion and dedication, as well as our plans for growth. We’re incredibly pleased with how the website has turned out, and excited to get it live!”
The overhaul follows a strong year of growth for the business, which counts global brands such as Disney, Lego, Mattel and Hasbro among its impressive portfolio of licensors. Maintaining excellent client relationships has been key to Character World’s success; the company remains in the hands of its founders, the Schweiger family, and last year won ‘Business Partner of the Year’ at The Walt Disney Company UK & Ireland’s Licensee Awards.
