MCR Property Group adds to portfolio in Stockport
Property investment and development company, MCR Property Group, has further expanded its commercial property portfolio with the acquisition of Dale House in Stockport.
MCR Property, which trades commercial and residential assets across the UK, purchased the office building recently at auction.
Located in the heart of the town centre, Dale House boasts 44,363 sq ft of contemporary office accommodation, with available suites ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 sq ft.
MCR Property Group has also announced its plans to complete a comprehensive refurbishment of the building’s available three floors. The work will commerce in September and is set to be completed in November.
John Poole, Head of Commercial at MCR Property, said: “Acquiring an office building in Stockport has been on our radar for a while; it has excellent transport links and provides a great catchment area for employers. We can offer quality office accommodation with parking at a fraction of the price of city centre offices.
“MCR Property Group is continuing to purse commercial property opportunities nationwide. We will be announcing further acquisitions very soon.”
For all enquiries regarding Dale House, please contact John Poole at MCR Property or joint letting agents Impey & Company and Hallams Property Consultants.
