'Business as usual' pledge from Leeds dealership
A landmark Elland Road business has announced the imminent enhancement of its customer facilities and service.
Sytner Volkswagen Leeds is about to undertake a major refurbishment programme to increase the size of the new car showroom as well as provide improved customer waiting areas and parking.
Work is expected to take four months but the company promises it will be business as usual during the transformation, as brand manager John Steele explained.
He said: “Customers can be assured that while the site is undergoing a transformation, there will be no variation in the high quality service they expect from Leeds Volkswagen.
“All of our facilities will remain fully operational throughout the refurbishment programme.
“The extended showroom will provide the ideal showcase to display 15 Volkswagen models, an exciting new handover bay as well as accommodating an improved hospitality and servicing area.
“The spacious interior will be more light and airy, offering a stylish and relaxing environment for customers as they select their new Volkswagen, completely in keeping with the brand’s cutting edge designs and quality standards.
“The investment in our premises underlines our commitment to giving local motorists the very best service every time they visit Leeds Volkswagen, and ensures our company continues to attract the highest quality staff to deliver that customer experience.”
