Alexander Mann Solutions supports the 2015 CandE awards
Global talent acquisition and management provider, Alexander Mann Solutions, has reinforced its commitment to enhancing the candidate experience globally through its support of the Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards for the second consecutive year.
Founded in 2011, the CandE Awards showcase companies delivering outstanding candidate experiences across EMEA, North America and the APAC region. As part of its platinum sponsorship, Alexander Mann Solutions will be supporting the awards’ global programme.
Commenting on the awards, Adam Shay, director of Consulting Services at Alexander Mann Solutions says:
“In today’s competitive and networked hiring landscape, understanding what a great experience means to the job seeker is invaluable. When organisations deliver a positive and memorable candidate experience, it gives them a tremendous competitive advantage when they look to attract, engage and retain top talent. We look forward to continuing our support of the Candidate Experience Awards as the programmes continue to reach more organisations and candidates around the world.”
Ed Newman, co-founder of Talent Board which hosts the awards commented:
“Since starting the CandE Awards, the recruiting and talent acquisition space has evolved considerably; we rely on the support of companies eager to promote positive candidate experiences aligned to these changes. Thanks to sponsors like Alexander Mann Solutions, we have been able to grow our programmes and celebrate those companies that are changing the face of hiring by recognising the value of each and every candidate interaction.”
The North American programme winners will be celebrated at a special awards reception taking place during the Second Annual Candidate Experience Symposium on 30th September -2nd October 2015.
