True Telecom raise money for Jeans for Genes
We are pleased to announce that staff in the building of Lakeview West, Crossways Business part raised a total of £180 for the charity Jeans for Genes.
Employees of True Telecom, Swanstaff Recruitment and HSBC left their suits at home on Friday 18th of September and instead wore their denim, to raise money for the charity Jeans for Genes.
The three companies, which are based in the same building in Crossways Business Park, Dartford, asked their staff to wear jeans and donate £2 to the cause.
Jeans for Genes Day raises money for Genetic Disorders UK, the charity that aims to transform the lives of children born with genetic disorders. Funds raised provide vital care and support for thousands of children born each year with genetic disorders and suffering from their associate health problems.
Stephen Rogers, Managing Director of Swanstaff Recruitment commented, “As a company Swanstaff are dedicated to supporting charitable courses on both a national and local scale. We are delighted to be taking part in Jeans for Genes day alongside the other companies at Lakeview West, it is a really important charity working to make the lives of children effected by genetic disorder better”
Stuart Griffiths, CEO of True Telecom added, “Supporting charity has always been a priority here at True, so it’s a real pleasure to raise some valuable funds for the charity Jeans for Genes. The three businesses coming together from Lakeview West truly shows that nothing makes people come together more, than helping those in need.”
