Chester firm SureCare expands with new recruitment company
A care and home services company in Cheshire has expanded with the launch of its own recruitment firm.
Chester-headquartered SureCare has unveiled SureCare Recruitment, through which the firm’s franchisees and company-owned branches will be able to hire new staff.
The new venture will specialise in finding candidates for permanent positions and contract work spanning 3-12 months, with roles including care coordinators and managers for nurseries and residential care homes, as well as nursing and branch managers.
Vikki Donnachie, the director of SureCare Recruitment, will head up the new division, while manager Tracy Banks will oversee day-to-day operations.
Vikki said: “Finding the right people with the right experience is the biggest challenge facing those running companies in the care industry. Because there is a shortage of people wanting to pursue a career in our sector, it makes it more likely businesses will make a mistake when taking people on.
“By making SureCare Recruitment your recruitment partner, you are able to tap into our extensive knowledge of the sector.”
She added: “Our aim is to match the right candidates with the right clients. This is not just about a person’s CV but also about whether they are the right fit with your work culture and ethos.”
Established in 1994, SureCare has since built a UK-wide network of 30 franchises and company-owned branches.
