Preston firm Moore and Smalley expands with new cloud service
Accountancy and business advisory firm Moore and Smalley has expanded with the launch of a new cloud-based accounting service.
The Preston-based business has introduced a new service, called SE+, to allow smaller companies to carry out a number of business functions on the go, including account management.
The firm invested in staff training ahead of the launch, making 60 of its employees qualified as advisors with accounting software QuickBooks.
Judith Dugdale, Moore and Smalley’s corporate services director, said: “While technology is at the heart of SE+, having a dedicated adviser as part of the service is crucial.
“Trusted, specialist advice is still at the heart of our brand.”
He added: “However, we’re committed to looking at new ways to help our clients streamline the accounting process, which can often be a time-consuming burden to business owners.”
