Pizza Chain to open in St Annes
Commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP are pleased to report that international franchise pizza chain, Papa John’s Pizza is due to open a new outlet in St Annes.
With over 250 stores across the UK, Papa John’s have agreed a new 15 year lease on the 1,643 sq ft former Japanese restaurant at 28 Wood Street from landlords Whiteside’s Properties Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the landlord.
The St Annes location will be the third branch in the area alongside existing outlets at Whitegate Drive, Blackpool and Liverpool Road, Penwortham. Opened 30 years ago in Jacksonville, Indiana, USA, Papa John’s Pizza is an internationally recognised pizza brand and successful franchise network that operates in more than 4,700 locations in 37 countries worldwide.
Joe Assalone, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP said, “Even though Papa John’s is a global chain, it is a company still hungry for growth that’s always looking for the right opportunities for potential new franchise locations. The property at Wood Street delivered all the right ingredients for a new St Annes’ branch and is also a quality addition to the town’s retail mix, increasing the choice on offer.”
