Westminster Place sold in £4.65m deal
Bilfinger GVA has sold Westminster Place business park on behalf of Mandale Group to CEG for £4.65m.
The property consultancy announced the sale of the development, located on York Business Park in Nether Poppleton, North Yorkshire, representing a net initial yield of 10.5%.
Westminster Place totals 50,717 sq ft of office accommodation across a trio of three-storey buildings and includes a popular café and 200 on-site car parking spaces. Tenants include Legend Group Management Systems and KIER.
Ben Hall, investment director at Bilfinger GVA in Yorkshire, said: “Westminster Place is a well-occupied business location on the outskirts of York and offers modern facilities in an easily accessible location, close to major road and rail links.
“York is an occupational market on the rise and will continue to be so as the Northern Powerhouse agenda gathers pace over the coming months.”
