New homes planned for Bristol bring local jobs
A development of impressive new homes coming soon to Keynsham is set to underpin local jobs in the area.
Leading housebuilder David Wilson Homes is beginning work on its exciting new Bilbie Green development and more than 158 people will form the construction and sales team, including many local sub-contractors and tradesmen.
“We know demand for a new development is high among those wishing to move to Bristol and the surrounding areas - so we are creating a range of aspirational new homes here,” said sales director, Louise Ware.
“This is a welcome boost for those who work within the construction industry - but homebuyers moving to Bilbie Green are also likely to spend their wages locally. And this means longer term support for local businesses.
“The popularity of Keynsham as a place to call home makes it the perfect location for us to build an impressive new community - and we are delighted to be providing an exciting new choice for local buyers.”
David Wilson Homes, which is renowned for its high build quality and spacious designs, will construct 74 new homes at Bilbie Green - and the development is expected to launch this winter.
Bilbie Green will feature a range of three, four and five bedroom homes off Charlton Road in Keynsham.
