PH Homes Wins Sunday Times’ British Homes Award
CHESHIRE residential developer PH Homes, has won a leading industry award and was shortlisted for two further categories in the Sunday Times’ British Homes Awards.
Announced in the Sunday Times this weekend, PH Homes took the best Conversion, Restoration and Refurbishment title for its Hulme Hall development in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire, a Grade II listed hall which has been converted into three family homes with the construction of a further 11 new homes around a central courtyard. PH was also shortlisted for ‘Best House Design’ for its ‘Stanley’ house at Greenlands, in Alderley Edge and Home Builder of the Year.
Hulme Hall has also been shortlisted in the Best Renovation category in The What House Awards, which will be announced at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, on Friday November 20th 2015.

PH Homes has been credited for creating prestigious family homes in desirable locations across Cheshire. It is due to go on site with a further three new developments in Bowden, Prestbury and Henbury in early November.
