Garstang Opticians Focuses on New Premises
Commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP are pleased to report that an established local opticians has moved into new premises on Garstang high street.
Local Opticians Montgomery & Burrows have moved their busy branch from Bridge Street to the former HSBC bank located in a prominent position at the heart of Garstang’s High Street.
Their new branch offers 1,403 sq ft in which the respected Garstang opticians can grow their business and accommodate new clients.
Joe Assalone, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP said, “Montgomery & Burrows saw the potential the former bank building offered as their new consulting rooms and moved quickly to secure it. They had been looking for suitable new premises for some time and we are delighted to have been able to help them with their property search.”
