Phase two launches at Hebburn housing development
Following the success of Barratt Homes’ The Maples development in Hebburn, a second phase of stunning two, three and four bedroom homes has now launched.
The development, on Monkton Lane in Hebburn, is perfectly suited for easy access to the coast, and is a fantastic location for starter and family homes. The second phase of The Maples, which sits across the road from the first, includes new house styles including the Chesham and Cambridge – the first of its kind in the North East.
The Cambridge is a stunning four bedroom detached home with a family kitchen and a glazed bay to the garden. The property also features a large lounge, study and dining area. The first floor has four double bedrooms, with en-suite for the master bedroom and a family bathroom.
Steven Ball, Sales Manager for Barratt Homes North East, commented:
“We are very excited to be launching the second phase of The Maples, particularly with house types that are brand new to the region. The development has proved to be popular so far and we are sure that the second phase will be equally well received. With schemes such as Movemaker and Help to Buy available, this really is the perfect time for those looking to move to a new home here in Hebburn.”
