Newcastle’s Atlas Cloud completes recruitment drive with nine new faces
Newcastle-based Atlas Cloud has completed a recent recruitment drive, strengthening its team with nine new recruits.
The cloud computing company has made the appointments in response to increasing demand from its construction and built environment sectors.
With new starters joining from within the housing association sector, the firm believes the hires will bring experience of implementing cloud solutions and leading business change.
Staff will be based at the company’s Newcastle and Leeds offices.
Chief Executive Pete Watson said the new recruits – covering all of the company’s operational regions – is an example of how Atlas Cloud is responding to the construction’s sector’s demand for specific skill-sets and experience within IT.
“We’re hiring people that led business changes,” he explains. “Atlas Cloud provides the best services and products to our clients so it makes sense that we’re also hiring the best talent to deliver our offer.
“Our team now represents a dynamic of experienced individuals who have a proven track record of delivering and implementing cloud solutions in their previous roles and new talent. Both are being recognised and developed through our recruitment and training systems.”
