One Stop Business Finance secures Trustheat Ltd’s future with £75k loan
York’s One Stop Business Finance Ltd has completed a debt and equity deal with its own funding, lending £75k to Leeds-based Trustheat Ltd.
The loan will be used to facilitate the business entering the commercial pest control sector and to expand its existing market of evaporation drying solutions for properties affected by flooding or pipe leaks.
One Stop Business Finance is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth following a series of transactions, by offering solutions to its clients and great returns to its investors.
Andrew Mackenzie, managing director of One Stop Business, said: “One Stop Business Finance is delighted with the Trustheat deal. The asset security is strong and the financial projections ensured that the transaction met all our responsible lending criteria. Whilst we do not typically take an equity stake, there are obvious areas where we can add significant value to the client with our financial expertise. Coupled with the exciting opportunity of the business now being able to move into the new sector of commercial pest control, the future for Trustheat looks very bright indeed.”
Oliver Townend, managing director of Trustheat Ltd, commented: “One Stop Business Finance Ltd stepped in where other lenders wouldn’t. As a result, we have not only secured the future of our business but also the opportunity to develop a new market. Our existing fleet of hydronic drying systems operate equally effectively in both the evaporation drying and pest control sectors.”
The legal work on this project was undertaken by Ben Slack and Russell Stevens of Clarion Solicitors in Leeds.
