Asons Solicitors offers food retail space at upcoming HQ
Bolton-based law firm Asons Solicitors is seeking occupiers for commercial food retail space at its upcoming £5m complex.
Three retail units, a total of 7,000 sq ft of space, will be available inside the 48,000 sq ft building. The units include their own entrances and parking space, allowing the outlets to cater for members of the public as well as Asons’ employees.
Successful bidders will be permitted to run their businesses independently, with Asons acting as landlord.
Building work on the new 75 Clarence Street HQ started earlier this year, with Warrington-based Cruden Construction appointed to deliver the project. When complete, the site will house up to 600 legal professionals.
Discussing the retail opportunities in the new building, Asons’ director of resources, Irfan Akram, said: “75 Clarence Street will be an iconic office development on the town’s landscape and this is a fantastic opportunity for three businesses to join us at launch.
“There’s a rumour that a Range Rover dealership will be joining us as a neighbour next year, bringing yet more footfall to what is already a thriving commercial neighbourhood. We’re also excited about being in a position to help provide new dining provisions to the town.”
Designs for 75 Clarence Street were put together by Bolton-based architects Bradshaw Gass & Hope.
